There are no excuses! The only excuses are those that you create for yourself.
This notion applies to all aspects of your life, but for the purpose of this post lets talk specifically about working out. I've heard it all. I don't have enough time. No-one to watch the kids. It's too expensive. My back hurts. I'm too tired. I don't know what I'm doing etc etc... It's all irrelevant.
The moment you even let a whisper of an excuse enter your mind, you've already thrown in the towel.
You see, there's a solution to every excuse you can think of, if only you WANT IT bad enough.
Of course you have to be able to practically implement what it is you want to achieve, but before you even start that process you HAVE to know that it's going to happen.
Start every day by visualising yourself doing your workout. Be realistic, if you're a stay at home mum, visualise yourself in your living room while the little one naps. If you have a full day at work, visualise yourself on that late night run around the neighbourhood, or even see yourself the night before getting up an hour earlier and going to the gym before work. Maybe you're a single mum who works 2 jobs and has no 'alone' time, well heck visualise yourself exercising with the kids before bedtime!
The next step is to then PRIORITISE your activity and keep thinking/visualising/focusing on it until you have achieved it. Be CERTAIN that exercising and looking after your health IS a TOP priority (post on 'putting yourself first' coming soon). Really connect with how great you are going to feel once you've completed your workout and put all those po
