To help someone feel better about themselves, ultimately gaining a higher state of happiness is what drives me in my life as well as my work. Imparting knowledge, sharing inspiring stories or motivating others to change their minds to change their bodies is a huge passion of mine. Face to face interaction is the best way to really connect with people and is proven to have the biggest impact on someones conscience.
