Leo Tribe Escapes Founder

A Fitness Professional for over 20 years, Emma is also a mum to three children. She has lived in three countries on three different continents and travelled to 25 other countries.

She has a keen and active interest in outdoor pusuits and sports, especially hiking, climbing, ski-ing & surfing and competes in many different disciplines primarily around running and swimming events.

Her passion is coaching groups of women from all walks of life through fitness and well-being. Specialising in creating bespoke 'women only' retreats that combine adventure and the great outdoors with luxury accommodation and high end hospitality, Emma thrives off of changing womens lives for the better & helping them reach their true potential.

Rachel Robb

British Army Officer

Rachel is our resident bad-ass babe! That doesn't mean to say she's not feminine and soft when she needs to be. In fact she's one of the few women we know who can easily rough it with the boys and dance all night with the girls.

She has a 20 year career in the British Army in Aviation and Intelligence, and has travelled the world to some of the most exetreme environments. Operationally she's also deployed to Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. 

An accomplished sportswoman, Rachel has represented her regiment in swimming, water polo, netball, football and cross country running.

 

Despite of this explosive career she has also found time to have two children, in her own words 'one of her most challenging roles to date'!

Lisa Shaw

Founder of The Movement House

Movement Specialist 

With over 2,500hrs of training behind her Lisa specialises in mixed movement and is trained in yoga (all styles), mobility, functional movement, endurance, dance and Muay Thai.

 

When not teaching others Lisa is a long distance open water swim athlete who is currently in training for a challenge of a life time and spends more time in the sea than on land pursuing her other passion of surfing. She has travelled the world in search of some of the best waves to ride and secluded locations to swim. 

 

Lisa prides herself on safe, controlled movement and helping you understand the capabilities of your bodies by changing the way we approach it. Her scientific approach to understanding the body on a deeper level will leave you feeling more connected to yourself, educated, grounded and confident in every step you take.
